ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Upon receiving the product, please immediately inspect product for any defects upon receiving them and notify us immediately along with pictures of the problem areas. In the case of returning or exchanging the product, please contact us first so we can review and try to resolve the problem. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us.  The shipping that we initially charge is non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition.  We will NOT take any returns or exchanges after 2 weeks from the date of sale. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.
